Join us for an Irish themed cooking and dining experience with Holly Conolly of Zestii cooks. Participants will learn how to make and decorate our rich and delicious Guinness cupcakes and how to bake the perfect cheese soda bread all in a relaxed and fun environment.
As well, expect some delicious welcome snacks with some friendly, informal instruction and a chance to get cooking together. Participants will then dine together on an Irish feast, prepared by Zestii cooks. You can choose between a rich and tasty leek, cheese and potato pie or Irish lamb stew slow cooked with Guinness both served with colcannon.
Feel free to bring a tipple of your choice to accompany your meal!
