Normally we have anywhere from 20-25 volunteers as well as 4-10 summer interns annually.
Our goal is to positively lead and guide enthusiastic, talented people while offering high quality professional experiences working in a team environment. We work with passion and want to empower people to learn and gain positive experiences that will guide them in their professional journeys in life.

Every year coming back to the festival is like coming back to family. It’s honestly my favourite time of the year of amazing music, culture and people.
